Overview
This position oversees all aspects of the daily operations and leads a staff at one or more sites for the IGT digital retail operations in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
· Provides leadership to operations at one or more locations.
· Oversees site efforts to develop and improve operations through efficient and effective integrated processes.
· Directs operations review of cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned targets.
· Develops and implements the company's control functions including any of the following activities: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, performance reporting.
· Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
· Ensures training and ongoing learning and development of staff
· Continually evaluate performance and efficiency and implement procedural and tactical improvements
· Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to drive performance and ensure team and individual level goals are achieved
· Oversees operational processes to ensure accurate receipt, generation, and administration of activities.
· Identify and manage issues and risks related to requirements and devise strategies to address in a proactive manner
· Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
· Effectively communicate with regional and senior level operations management on a regular basis
· Escalates and manages incidents with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ensures timely and accurate daily and weekly sales reporting for invoice processing.
· Ensures all physical and logical security controls are being administered and operating per company policies.

· Bachelor's degree or comparable experience

· Knowledge of performance of multiple site audits, gap analysis
· Project management experience preferred
· Experience with personnel management including hiring and firing, familiarity with New Jersey employment law
· Demonstrated experience developing and improving operational processes
· Experience working with a high-growth company or fast paced environment
Requirements
· Willing and able to work nights and weekends
· Travel between retail sites may be necessary
· On-call for production support
